Chewy and delicious pudding cookies with white chocolate flavor!

Ingredients
1cupsalted buttersoftened
3/4cupbrown sugar
1/4cupgranulated white sugar
1box (3.4 ounces)instant white chocolate pudding mix
2large eggs
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2 ¼cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1package (11 ounces)white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, both sugars, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Beat with a hand mixer, on medium speed until creamy and combined.
Gradually add in the flour and baking soda to the mixture. Beating on low speed until just combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Drop batter by Tablespoons on un-greased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. (Don't over bake!)
Remove from oven and let cookies rest and cool on the cookie sheets. No need to transfer to wire racks.
