FOR BURGERS: Add ground chuck, dry ranch seasoning and chipotle adobo sauce in a large bowl. Mix together with clean hands until combined. Divide into 6 equal portions and then form into 6 hamburger patties.
FOR SAUCE: Mix together ranch dressing and chipotle adobo sauce in a medium bowl. Cover and place in fridge until ready to use.
Grill hamburgers on an outdoor grill OR indoor grill-pan until medium-well or however you like your burgers cooked. Place slices of cheese on burgers until melted.
Carefully place hot cheeseburgers on each bottom bun. Top with two tablespoons chipotle ranch sauce. Add tomato, lettuce, onion and top bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
