Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, this oven “fried” chicken is so delicious and does not require any deep-frying!

Ingredients
2cupsbuttermilk
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts, each cut into 3 strips
5Tablespoonsbutter
1/2cupall-purpose flour
3/4cuppanko bread crumbs
1Tablespoonseasoning salt
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
2teaspoonspaprika
Instructions
Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Preheat oven to 400 F°. Place the butter on a large baking sheet and place in the oven to melt. Once butter is melted, carefully remove the baking sheet from oven.
Add flour, panko bread crumbs, seasoning salt, salt , pepper and paprika in a large ziplock bag. Add 3 pieces of chicken at a time and shake to coat.
Place coated chicken strips, over the melted butter on the baking sheet. Be sure to leave spaces between each chicken strip. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, flip chicken with a pair of tongs, then bake another 10 to 12 minutes or until inside is cooked through. (165 degrees F.)

Notes
*Be sure to space chicken apart on baking sheet so the outside gets crispy!
