Classic and fresh cranberry sauce.
- 1 12 oz. package fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil then add cranberries. Return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and cool completely at room temperature.
Refrigerate to chill before serving.
