- 1 roll (16.5 ounces) Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 3 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons half-and-half (or milk)
