Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

cups
low fat milk OR low calorie orange juice
2
cups
frozen berries (I use a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
1
cup
vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2
Tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Pour the milk (or juice) in a blender. Add the frozen berries, Greek yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
*Can use same amount of fresh fruit in place of the frozen fruit. If you want your smoothie icy, when using fresh fruit, you can add ice cubes.
