i ALTER MINE A BIT..i ACTUALLY CHOP UP THE ROAST BEEF AND SIMMER IT WITH ONIONS AND MUSHROOM STOCK-DRAIN THEN ADD TO CRESCENT ROLL, ADD THE PROVOLONE, ROLL AND COOK….SO YUMMY!!!

Made these and they are great. Added a little montreal Steak seasoning to the beef before rolling. Also make sure that the cheese and beef Are at room temperature before roLling, that way the chees le will be more melty.
Also, thinking of cutting everything in half and make hors d’oeuvres out of them.

These are absolutely delicious!!! I made these for my 88yrs old mother’s happy hour on friday. Her guest Were asking for More. The au jus Added awesome flavor. I will make again.

I made some with turkey and some with roast beef and they were a hit. also, I put EBTB seasoning on top and 10/10 recommend doing that! Super easy, super delicious meal.. thank you!
