Cheesy Garlic Hawaiian Rolls

These amazing rolls are baked with garlic butter and loaded with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-count) King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted
  • ½ Tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. 
  • Place the rolls into the prepared dish. 3 across, 4 down. Cut two, 2-inch slits into each roll. Stuff the shredded Mozzarella cheese into the slits of the rolls.
  • Place the melted butter, fresh parsley, garlic salt, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Mix until combined. Brush this mixture evenly all over the rolls and cheese. 
  • Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
