These tacos are filled with seasoned ground beef and caramelized onions, encased in a crispy corn tortilla that’s been generously slathered with Cheese Whiz!

Ingredients
1 ½poundslean ground beef
1small white onionchopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon black pepper
1/4teaspoongarlic salt
1jar Cheese Whiz
10small corn tortillas
Vegetable oil for frying
Taco toppings (lettuce, salsa, sour cream, etc.)
Instructions
Pour about a half to one cup of oil in a small skillet or deep fryer. Heat the oil over medium-low heat.
Place the ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Cook and crumble beef over medium-high heat. Once beef is no longer pink, drain grease.
Meanwhile, fry the tortillas in the oil, about 30 seconds on each side. Lay the fried tortillas onto a plate with paper towels to soak up the grease.
Spread some Cheese Whiz (however much you like) onto each tortilla then top with the ground beef and all your favorite taco toppings. Enjoy!
