We’ve had a great summer here in the Lofthouse, and I hope that you have too. There is a little bit of sun left to soak up, so I want to make sure everyone is making the most of this time. This week on Menu Plan Monday I’m sharing some recipes that you can enjoy on your last pool days, or if you plan to picnic or camp. There’s nothing quite like a freshly grilled piece of meat, or veggies that really makes summertime the best, but this week I want you to turn your grill off and try my Garlic Butter Steak Bites on your stovetop. You can use these flavorful bites in so many ways! Salads, wraps, over rice, or just as the main attraction.
On a Friday night there is nothing quite like a fresh slice of pizza. Especially homemade pizza. A slice of my Tuscan Garlic Chicken Pita Pizza is utter bliss to me. You can use an air-fryer to make these incredible pizzas.
You know that I must have something sweet at least once a week. My Lemon Berry Slush is a frosty beverage that you can enjoy at the end of a delicious meal. It’s also perfect to enjoy poolside. Either way, this tasty drink always hits the spot.
