I am so excited Christmas is almost here! We are finally done with our shopping and the presents are all wrapped! I can’t wait to see the looks on my kids’ faces Christmas morning 🙂
I’m also excited for Christmas Eve. Every year we have a party with my side of the family. My sisters and I put together a fabulous menu of deliciousness and each pick something we’ll be in charge of. This year I’m making a dessert and an appetizer.
Speaking of appetizers, I have an amazing one to share with you all today. These Chicken & Bacon Ranch Crescents are so delicious, and perfect finger-foods to serve at any party. Especially, New Years Eve! (which is next week. Crazy!)
These delectable little bites are flaky, buttery crescent rolls with thinly sliced deli chicken, cooked bacon, cheese and just a hint of ranch dressing. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm. Amazing!
Chicken & Bacon Ranch Crescents
-
2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
-
16 thin slices of chicken ( I used deli-sliced chicken) or 1 small chicken breast, cooked and cubed
-
16 slices cooked bacon
-
8 pieces mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
-
1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing
I made these tonight along with your delicious Broccoli Cheese Soup and they were AMAZING! Everybody loved them and asked me to make them again. Thank you for another great recipe!
