Hey guys. First of all, I have to apologize for not posting Menu Plan Monday yesterday. We were in Seattle all weekend and got home Sunday evening. Yesterday I was so exhausted I didn’t have the energy to do anything! lol Including blogging, so please forgive me. 😀 I’m back on track today and ready to share one of my favorite 2-ingredient treats- EASY FRUIT DIP!
I can’t remember where I got this recipe because I’ve been making it forever!! It is so incredibly creamy and delicious. I could probably eat the entire bowl myself because it’s addicting, so be warned! 😉 You can’t beat a 2 ingredient treat that tastes this good! We love dipping strawberries, apple and banana slices in it. And I’ve been known to just eat it with a spoon! ha. This is a great snack to serve at any party too. It is always a crowd-pleaser! I usually triple the recipe because I know one batch is never enough.

- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow creme
- An assortment of fruit for dipping (Strawberries, bananas, apples, etc.)
- Place cream cheese and marshmallow creme in a medium bowl. Using an electric hand-mixer, beat on medium speed until combined and creamy. Serve immediately with all your favorite fruits!

Ooo these are brilliant! Can’t wait to try!
easy and good. serve the dip in a cantalope or pineapple. purple and green grape clusters for garnish.
I make this often, but add a touch of cinnamon and a tablespoon or so of orange juice! Delicious!
Yum!
