Over the years meal planning has become so important to my family. It has helped us save so much money. I can’t begin to tell you how many nights a week we would eat fast food because I never had anything planned for dinner. I cringe even thinking about how much money we spent. lol
Starting my blog really helped open my eyes to how special cooking for your family can be. One of my favorite things in life is sitting around the dinner table with my husband and kids, enjoying a home-cooked meal. I know they love it too. Menu planning has become a win win in so many ways. The quality time we have during a meal just can’t be beat.
This week’s menu sure is tasty. There are lots of comfort food recipes on it that aren’t exactly bad for you. The Skinny Beef Enchiladas are a lighter version of enchiladas that do not lack in flavor! Also, the Creamy Pasta Primavera is absolutely delicious and packed full of fresh vegetables.
