Snickerdoodle Blondies and my Chinet Bakeware Review & Giveaway!

I have a great recipe to share with you today, and also a giveaway! I was honored to be contacted by Chinet to review their new line of disposable bakeware. When they sent me a free box filled with tons of their new disposable pans, I was super excited to get baking!
I decided to make some Snickerdoodle Blondies for my first attempt at the bakeware. The pan I used was the 8×8 inch. When I pulled it out of the box, I noticed all of the pans came with lids! I thought that was such a great idea for keeping food fresh. Especially if your going to a picnic or barbecue. No need for any saran wrap or foil to cover the top!
As I waited for the blondies to bake, I wondered how the pans would hold up in the oven. Most foil pans will cave in and aren’t very sturdy, but that was not the case with these. I loved how sturdy they felt before I used them, and after baking with them! The blondies also came out of the pans with ease because they are non-stick. Awesome!
I think there are many pluses to this new bakeware line. They are microwavable and freezer safe, and are also made up of 90% recyclable materials. I really love that! No longer are the days when you take a meal to a friend, and have to worry about getting your pan back. Just bake it in one of these and your good to go!

Now, about those blondies. They were super duper divine! If you love Snickerdoodle Cookies, you will love these blondies! I added some white chocolate chips to the batter, because that’s how I roll 🙂
White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Blondies
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon sugar & 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, mixed together
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy and light. Beat in salt, egg and vanilla until combined. Stir in flour until combined, and then stir in white chocolate chips. Batter will be very thick like cookie dough.
Spread and press batter evenly into pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until bars are set and edges are lightly browned. Let cool completely before cutting.
Makes 9 bars.

The blondies remind me of White Chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I will have to try your recipe first, then make a rave review cake [email protected]
I might have to try these blondies also but my true love are brownies so that’s the first thing I’d make…maybe I’ll add white choc chips now that you’ve planted that seed in my head. 🙂
I think I’d have to bake my b-i-l some snickerdoodle brownies. He loves the cookies
I would try to bake my mom’s “made from scratch lasagna” I’ve been putting off for YEARS! And lots of sweets. Thanks for the giveaway!

The blondies look fantastic! These pans look sturdy enough to reuse but I love the fact that you don’t have to stress about getting your bakeware back.
I would put lasagna in one, I always wind up with enough ingredients left to make two 😉 and one always goes in the freezer for an easy dinner later. Any baked dinner would easily be shared with family when I wouldn’t have to worry about getting my favorite baking dish back!–Sondra

My daughter has been asking for brownies for several days now, so that’s what it would be!!
I would first make lasagna and then some brownies for dessert. And with no cleanup of the messy pans–makes for an even better meal!
I absolutely love to win these and make some freezer meals in them. I think I would make lasagna and a couple other casseroles in them. Thanks for the chance to enter.

My family has a lot of get togethers. These baking dishes would be perfect for taking these to get togethers. Tons of dishes come to mind when I think of our get togethers. Some of our favs are meatballs, stuffed shells, enchiladas, and scalloped potatoes. 🙂

YUM!!! I would bake these as well as all the other delicious things on your blog. I was not into cooking at all (I recently graduated from college so never really had a place to try and opted to live off Easy Mac), but after reading your blog, I have loved being in the kitchen. My family has been so surprised that I no longer bring store bought items to gatherings but rather have brought tons of items made from your recipes!!!
Thanks for teaching me how to cook and to love it!!

Oh MY, these look heavenly, why not just start with these bars! I take meals regularly to people from church who are ill or just home from the hospital. I always use disposable pans so they don’t have to bother returning dishes. And these look SO MUCH NICER than what I’m stuck with. I’d love to try them out!
Oh, and I love your blog…visit every other day!
Yummy looking ! I love snickerdoodles and can’t wait to try these fast bars. [email protected]
These are great … I would make brownies for sure!

I think I would try your snickerdoodle blondies first off, then maybe a broccoli casserole ([email protected])
I would definitely make the Snickerdoodle Blondies!! They sound great, my family loves Snickerdoodles!! ([email protected])
I think I would make lasagna for a friend, and then I’d try your brownies!
I would make some sort of dip (buffalo chicken , jalepeno popper, etc). I never like to clean up the pan after it has been sitting out at a party so these would be awesom!
My girls and nephews love Snickerdoodles, so I would make these, as well as casseroles for my college age daughter to freeze
I would take food o a friend who just had a baby!
