Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Whip up soft, chewy Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies in no time! Easy, quick, and packed with chocolate chips, these cookies are a must-bake.

Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

There are many recipes I make with no intention of blogging about them. These Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies were one of those recipes. I made them for my kids the week they were out for Fall break. They turned out so delicious, I had to grab my camera and snap a few pics!

BISQUICK CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These cookies are chewy, soft, and so good! The flour and baking soda in regular cookies are replaced by Bisquick, so they’re a little bit easier to make. My kids loved these and my Hubby did too. I actually tricked him into thinking I had made his favorite Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies! After he had a couple, he figured it out, but said he really loved them!

    1. Hi Jess, so sorry for the confusion. You’ll need 2 cups and 3/4 of a cup of Bisquick mix. I just updated the recipe card to fix that because it did look confusing. I hope you enjoy the cookies. We love them!

    2. I made this recipe. but I think I’m going to add just a titch more butter and I dropped it down to two cups of Bisquick like all the other recipes I’ve read.
the flavor is really good but they do not flatten out, mine were fluffy. but I will definitely be using the recipe again

i made these with my teenage daughter as one of her cooking lessons. The best part was that the recipe is so easy to double and to memorize as her go-to recipe. We rolled half of the dough into logs and wrapped them in wax paper. I put them in a freezer bag to pull out and make another day. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

These are SO good! I was out of chocolate chips and brown sugar, so I chopped up Cadbury mini eggs (it’s 2 days before Easter), and used a cup of white sugar with 1 TBS maple syrup. I was a little worried when I sampled the dough, but they tasted delish once baked! This recipe is a keeper!!
