Menu Plan Monday #662
Get into the fall spirit with Menu Plan Monday. This week’s lineup includes six comforting meals and baked cinnamon donuts no one will be able to resist!

Hi friends! This week Menu Plan Monday is here to help you ease from late summer into early fall with a mix of delicious dishes from a crock pot wonder, to a special chicken casserole and more. Plus, a baked donut recipe you are going to love!
This Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli comes together with just 10 minutes of prep and cooks low and slow for 5 hours. Tender beef and broccoli florets are served over fluffy white rice for a simple weeknight meal the whole family will love. This is also a great recipe that reheats well if you like to meal prep, too!
Skip takeout and make an Asian classic at home with Sweet and Sour Chicken. What makes this chicken so delicious is the quick pan-fry before you bake it. Once you get the chicken slightly crispy, you bake it in the oven for about 45 minutes to really let those sweet and sour flavors sink in.
My Mini Baked Cinnamon Sugar Donuts are the perfect little treat to welcome the flavors of fall! They’re soft, tender, and lightly spiced with cinnamon, then baked until golden and finished with a generous coating of buttery cinnamon sugar. They’re easy to make and the perfect bite-sized dessert to enjoy with a cup of coffee or a glass of apple cider!
