Hey guys! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #207. 🙂 For any of you that have been affected by the devastating hurricanes I want you to know that you’ve all been in my prayers. It has been so hard to watch the news and see the destruction going on. Kale’s older sister lives in Orlando so we have been extra worried.
It’s kind of hard to come on here sometimes to post about recipes when there is so much craziness going on in the world. Ugh. But we still have to eat and feed our families, right?
This week is going to be another busy one. I have a few Dr’s appointments and we are celebrating our nephew Mikey’s 16th birthday! He has now been living with us for 3 months, and it has NOT been easy. (Just keeping it real) It has actually been more of a challenge than what we thought it would be. We are all trying to adjust to this new family member living with us, and I know Mikey is trying to adjust too. I hope we make him feel extra special on his birthday. It should be fun.
