Hello everyone! Welcome back to this week’s Menu Plan Monday! I have 7 tasty recipes that you just have to try! Six delicious weeknight dinners and one dessert that is a family favorite at my house. 😊
I know when January rolls around everyone starts trying to get back in shape and lose that winter layer. It’s definitely easier said than done though. haha.
I just love my Mexican food way too much. I mean, how could you ever look a taco in the eye and turn it down? That’s the problem, you can’t!
That being said, I am still trying to watch what I eat and eat a little cleaner. For example, I’ve added my Skinny Beef Enchiladas to this week’s menu plan. They are lighter in calories, but still filled with flavor!
The Chinese Chicken Salad is another great recipe that is so satisfying while getting your greens in!
