Happy Halloween everyone! For Menu Plan Monday I have gathered some of my hauntingly delicious recipes for you. You must keep those little ghosts fed so they have energy to roam the neighborhood for candy and to cause a little fright! 😉

I have one of my most nostalgic dishes on the menu, Meatloaf Cups. They are individual meatloaves that you can personalize while serving. This year we at the Lofthouse will be decorating our little cups to look like cauldrons. They’ll be spectacularly scary with a dash of yum!

In case your little monsters are having a mash, wrap up a batch of my Mummy Hot Dogs. These are so good and always a fan favorite at our annual Halloween party.

This year, slice up some granny apples and serve my Caramel Apple Nachos. They are sinfully sweet with a layer of richness that is to die for. You can decorate the large plate to appear as a chocolate and caramel spider web on top. Be careful! Once you start eating them you may get trapped there for the rest of the night! 😉
