You know what I plan to do this week? Take it easy! And I want you to do the very same thing. I am going to lay in the sun, swim a little, and enjoy some time with my kids. This week for Menu Plan Monday I’m sharing some great recipes that require very little work. This is the time to focus on one of my favorite love languages; quality time spent with those you love.

For dessert, you will be delighted at how easy, delicious, and long lasting it can be. My Cherry Delight is a bright, splendid dessert perfect to make and keep in the fridge throughout the week. A simple graham cracker crust with a cream cheese center topped with cherries in a glaze. Yum!
