Menu Plan Monday is a collection of family favorite recipes from dinner to dessert.

I think cooking and enjoying a homemade meal is one of the most rewarding things. Some days are harder than others, but when I can cook a meal for my family, I feel so good. I also know my family does too! This week for Menu Plan Monday I am going to include a little bit of everything for you. Lunch, breakfast and dinner favorites!

Who says you can’t have tacos for breakfast? We love Mexican food so much here in the Lofthouse that we even start the day with it. My Bacon and Queso Breakfast Tacos might be one of the best ways to begin your morning. Fluffy scrambled eggs with Queso and crispy bacon all wrapped up in a tortilla is a bit of magic.

Next, make sure to try my Honey Garlic Steak Bites. They are a great option for lunch or dinner! You can add them to salads, wraps, or eat them with a few sides for a complete meal.

For dessert I am making my incredible Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls. This is a copycat recipe from the famous chain, but I believe this homemade version is much better. My kids absolutely love these rolls and Kale does too. I think I’m going to make an extra batch for Christmas morning!
