Menu Plan Monday is here to help ring in the New Year. This week has a great balance of healthy meals and indulgent meals, so everyone is satisfied!
And just like that, we are at the end of 2023! This year has been one of the most painful years of my life, but also one of the most beautiful. I am honestly so proud of the growth I have from these last 12 crazy months. I am also very grateful. I’m so grateful to have spent another year with my family, my true friends, and all of you. This week for Menu Plan Monday I am here to start the new year out right, and close out the current year properly. I have a great balance of healthy meals and indulgent meals.
When we ring in the New Year at home you can guarantee there is a party! I love to host this time of year. That means I need to have recipes that are going to satisfy both kids and adults. My Chicken Alfredo Pizza does just that. As soon as this comes out of the oven it practically disappears slice by slice. It’s amazing!
I’ll be making my Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers for Sunday dinner. These peppers are packed with protein and surprisingly healthy. They are also delicious!
I love to include at least one sweet treat each week. Since we are about to bid adieu to autumn and winter desserts, I thought I would include one last holiday recipe. My Sugar Cookie Truffles. These are amazing. Kids and adults love these!
