Bring on all the fresh summer salad recipes! This week’s highlight is my BBQ Chicken Salad, loaded with tender BBQ chicken, Colby Jack cheese, black beans, tomatoes, corn, and more. It’s a great option for a quick lunch or an easy, no-fuss dinner.
My Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake is a creamy, cheesy comfort dish made with tender chicken, pasta, and a rich homemade Alfredo sauce. Everything comes together in one skillet before being topped with melted mozzarella and broiled until bubbly and golden. It’s an easy, family-friendly dinner that pairs perfectly with a simple salad and bread for a satisfying meal.
Cool off with this week’s no-bake dessert: Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie. This refreshing dessert is great to make ahead. It easily comes together, then chills in the freezer for six hours, making it the perfect treat to enjoy after a long day of warm-weather fun.
