Hello, friends! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #238! Our weekend was busy busy and a lot of work. Well I am battling yet again another cold. UGH and my hubby is tearing out all the grass in our front and backyard and putting in new green beautiful grass this week. The landscaper we paid to do our grass in the beginning did a horrible job and put in the lowest grade grass possible. My hubby decided to take this job on himself in putting the new stuff in. I think he’s regretting it now with how much work it’s been, but in the end we know it will be so worth it and we will have saved a ton of money. 🙂
Okay, let’s talk about what we are really here for.. FOOD! This week is going to be a great week with all the yummy recipes I have planned. Cinco de Mayo is this Saturday! Wahoo. My book club friends and I are having a little fiesta Friday night. I will be hosting it at my house and making the best dang Crock Pot Shredded Beef Tacos you could ever imagine. If you’re looking for a great Cinco de Mayo recipe then that is the one!
