Hello and welcome to yet another Menu Plan Monday, everyone! If you’re here, that means you’re looking for more delicious meals to make for the days to come! So kick back, relax, and let me show you the tasty recipes I have in store for you this week!

I’m pretty proud of this week’s selection of recipes. Obviously, I’m proud of every menu plan I post, but something about this week feels different. It may just be the fact that I have a couple of my favorite Mexican food recipes, and also one of “The Best” salads ever. 🙂
