Hi friends! I hope that you’ve been enjoying your summer weekends with family and friends. I know I have! Here in Southern Utah, we are fortunate to have another July holiday. July 24th is recognized and celebrated as Pioneer Day. It’s the day in which our ancestors settled this great and beautiful state. The 24th is another great excuse to get everyone together for a family BBQ.
If you’re not celebrating the holiday here in Utah, the weekend is just as good as an excuse to get everyone over! This week’s menu will make sure all your ducks are in a row before inviting all your guests.
