I love nostalgia, especially when it comes to food. Some meals just strike all the right sentimental and tastebud chords. This week’s Menu Plan Monday is all about the classics. There are some recipes that have stood the test of time for a reason. They’re unbeatable.

When I was a teen the cool thing to do was go to the mall. That’s where you went to see your friends, shop around, and do what kids did before cell phones. I would walk around in my fresh new outfit with an Orange Julius in hand. That creamy and sweet smoothie was the hottest and coolest thing in town. My easy recipe will transport you right back to this moment.

For dinner, my Sheet Pan Meatloaf Dinner is the perfect take on a quintessential classic American supper. Your mom would be proud.

One of my favorite treats involves camping around a fire, but my recipe for S’mores Cookies only needs your kitchen oven. This is one of my all-time favorite cookie recipes. Filled with marshmallows and chocolate chips, each bite is a gooey, rich experience.
