Menu Plan Monday is a collection of family favorite recipes from dinner to dessert.

I’m sure you’ve heard it plenty of times this past week, but can you believe it’s already a new year? Time flies when you’re having fun, and we’ve been having a blast under the Lofthouse roof. This time of year, I like to revisit some classics, and introduce new recipes, to keep things fun and delicious in the kitchen. This week for Menu Plan Monday I am sharing an array of recipes that include new, old, and everything in between!

As you may already know, tacos are a love language here in the Lofthouse. We have Taco Tuesday each week, and it might be everyone’s favorite day for this very reason. This special day of the week is not going anywhere in 2024, and you can bet that I will be making my Mexican Street Tacos. They are always a hit, and whenever they’re on the table they vanish in a flash.

Another family favorite making an appearance this week is my Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup. It’s the perfect remedy for a cold winter. It will fill your bellies and put a smile on your face!

Dessert on Sundays is a must for us, so this week I am making my White Chocolate Blondies with Maple Cream Sauce. Oh, my goodness, they are so good! The rich white chocolate mixed with the sweet maple cream sauce is a heavenly balance of flavors. We like to serve ours with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. What a way to end the week!
