Hey friends! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #209. I am super excited about this week’s menu. I know I say that every week, but it sure is true. Making lists and then checking them off when completed makes me a happy girl. Especially recipes on my to-do list. hahaI am SO happy that Fall is here. Here in Southern Utah the weather is so amazing. We are sitting in 70 degree temps and it feels so nice. It has me craving comfort foods like the Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli we’re having tonight and Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars we’re having for dessert on Sunday. It’s going to be a yummy week!
