Hey guys! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #269. 🙂 I’m curious, how are your new years resolutions holding up? Did you make any at all? I sure did. My resolution was getting in to top shape. I was doing so well with exercise and my diet through out the fall season, but when December came it all went down hill from there. haha.
Going to Disneyland and attending a few holiday parties definitely put back on some of the weight I had lost, but it’s all good. It was nice to enjoy all the amazing holiday food and not count every calorie I was putting in my mouth. But when January 1st arrived I was right back on it. I’m honestly really proud of myself of how well I’ve been doing with clean eating and sticking to my workouts. I’m already seeing results. Not only on my scale, but just how I feel mentally. It is truly awesome how taking care of yourself can make you feel so good.
That being said, I am sticking to some cleaner menu plans. This week’s menu is full of easy, healthy and yummy dinner ideas. The Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli is one of my all-time favorites. I love the flavors of that dish so much. The Teriyaki Chicken Casserole is another winner. My good friend told me she made it last week and loved it! So I thought I should make it again this week. It’s been awhile. 🙂
