On Menu Plan Monday I’ve got you covered with six dinners and one dessert idea for the week!
Hey guys! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #223. How was your weekend? Ours was super relaxing and chill. Just what we needed. 😉
My girls had a sleepover at their cousins house so we were down to only one kid. That was nice. I made Navajo tacos for dinner last night. They were SO good. I ate 3! haha. It reminded me why I only make them a couple times a year. They are dangerous. Dangerously good.
I hope you guys have a great week and the menu gives you some inspiration to get cooking! I am posting a new recipe tomorrow that I know you are going to love! See you then. -Holly xoxo

I just wanted to finally comment and say that I’ve been making your recipes over the years and, with the exception of a few here and there, enjoyed them. They are always unassuming, tasty, and easy for this working mom to prep and make. I also appreciate that the ingredients are ones you can find in almost any store – most of the time, I find I can use up whatever ingredients are left from a previous Life in the Lofthouse recipe for another one the next week. My husband doesn’t like certain ingredients like sour cream, cream cheese, etc. (but they’re some of my faves), but the recipes from here that incorporate those are so delicious that he ended up changing his mind and loving them anyway.
I’ve got the French onion beef casserole ready to eat for tonight. Thanks again!
Thank you so much, Nicole! Such a sweet comment 🙂
I just discovered your site, and I’m amazed. So looking forward to creating a stress free week meal plan. Thanks for sharing. Is there a shopping list anywhere? I would be really helpful to me, if there would a weekly shopping list I can print and dash to the store. Other than that, what would be really, really helpful is you delivering the cooked meals 🙂
