Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Wraps have flavorful Caesar chicken, lettuce and Parmesan cheese all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Life-in-the-Lofthouse.com   Chicken Caesar salad is one of my favorite salads. It’s so simple, with really outstanding flavor. I turned it into this sandwich that I make often! This time I went another route and turned it into these Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Wraps. They were equally delicious. 🙂

One of the great things about this recipe is that the chicken is cooked in the crock pot. It’s a great way to slow cook while you can go about your day. At the last minute you stir in your favorite Caesar dressing and dinner is done!

All you need for these heavenly wraps are large flour tortillas, (a spinach tortilla would be even better!) green leaf lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese and the Caesar chicken. It is super simple and super yummy. They make for an easy lunch or dinner!Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Wraps have flavorful Caesar chicken, lettuce and Parmesan cheese all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. 1. I’m in the process of making these right now! I have the shredded chicken in the crock pot with the caesar dressing right now! (This is actually the first thing I’ve ever cooked before!)

  2. I always put frozen chicken in crock pot on low overnight right before I go to bed and when I wake it is ready to be shredded!
Making these tomorrow for our dinner co- op!

  3. Wow, this was amazing. Even my picky 7 year old loved. I used the homemade Caesar dressing with this recipe. Thumbs up.

  4. The amount of dressing it says it needed in the recipe doesn’t match. Sounds like much more is needed than in the ingredients list. Right??

  5. In the process of making this right now for company tonight! Looks so yummy!! Think I will add some chopped red pepper and green onions to this along with the dressing. Plan to serve with a fruit salad on the side. Doesn’t get much easier.

  6. Recipe is awesome. I actually prefer to mix the chicken and dressing together and let them cool in the fridge for a few hours before serving. This recipe works well with bbq sauce too!

  7. A little weary about heating the Caesar dressing. Any reason that you cook for additional time? Is it so the chicken can absorb the dressing?

  8. I was planning on making this at the beginning of the week and doing variations with the chicken for my lunches during the week it looks so good and I am so excited to make it. I was just wondering how long it will last in the refrigerator?

  9. I used this recipe as a starter for a wrap I made last week. I’m not a fan of Caesar dressing and already had pre-boiled and shredded chicken in the freezer. So, I thawed the chicken and mixed it with a honey mustard dressing instead of Caesar, and I added a little bit of cooked bacon. It was honestly so delicious it tasted like something from a restaurant. It was a super treat to have on a school field trip while everyone else was having boring sandwiches. 🙂 Thanks for the inspiration. You’re my new fav! 🙂

  10. 5 stars
Making these again. I like to cook the chicken in the crock pot, take out shred and cool (as someone else suggested). Fry bacon and chop up. Wrap ingredients in 100% whole wheat tortillas (healthy and more filling). The lettuce, chicken, caesar dressing and bacon bits roll them up. Refrigerate. Eat them cold. They are D E L I C I O U S!!
    Thanks for the recipe!
