Hello friends! Yep, it’s that time again, time for another Menu Plan Monday.

Life is pretty much Groundhog’s day these days, but they seem to be going by really fast. One minute I’m fixing breakfast for my family, and then heading into my office to work. Then the next thing I know it’s 5:00 o’clock and time to start on dinner. It’s kind of strange. Is any one else feeling this way?

I’m grateful though for the work to keep me busy. I’m also grateful for swimming pools and lakes to keep my kids busy and having fun. I have been so worried about my kids during these stressful times. Ugh.
