Hello and welcome back to another Menu Plan Monday! This is where I share all of my favorite, tried and true recipes that are easy to follow and great for busy weeknights!

The reason I share my menu plans is in hopes of helping you provide home-cooked meals for your families. I know for me personally, my family is so grateful for homemade meals. Plus, the dinner time family interaction just can’t be beat!

I always try to change things up with the menus. I like to have a good mix of healthy and not-so-healthy meals throughout the week to keep from feeling deprived. I try to eat clean most of the time, but we all need a good cheeseburger in our lives! haha. Am I right!?

I have been working hard in my kitchen for the last month, cooking up lots of recipes. I am so excited to share them with you all! This week, I have two oldies but goodies I’ll be reintroducing you to. I also have one brand new recipe I’ll post right in between those. It’s an adult AND kid-friendly snack that my family has declared their new favorite.
