Hello and welcome back to another Menu Plan Monday! This is a place where you can get your dinners all planned and ready to go for the week ahead!

Planning out your menus and making a list of what you need is the first step in preventing that last-minute “What am I going to make for dinner?” headache.

You know we all have them. We get super busy during the day, and when dinner time rolls around, we don’t have any idea of what to make.

Menu planning will prevent all that stress because you will know ahead of time what you’re going to make and will have every ingredient on hand. It’s such a win-win. You and your family will get to enjoy a home-cooked meal that is usually way better than what any drive-thru has to offer.

If you have been following my menus for awhile then you already know I like to mix up recipes throughout the week. There will be healthy recipes and not-so-healthy ones because I’m all about balance!
