In the great state of Utah, we have a holiday that celebrates the brave men and women who blazed a path across America to settle into this part of the county. July 24th celebrates Pioneer Day. July is always a highlight because we not only get to celebrate Independence Day, but our state has its own special day for our ancestors. This week’s Menu Plan Monday is one full of recipes that even the pioneers would be proud of.
