Menu Plan Monday is a list of six dinner ideas and one dessert.

This week for Menu Plan Monday I want to make sure that you and your kids are fully energized to finish the school year out strong. How do we do that? Keep the kids fed with something that is sure to bring a smile to their faces. You can even pack some of these recipes for their lunch the next day!

What is one of the best summertime foods? Cheeseburgers! In any shape, size, and form. Nothing hits the spot quite like a juicy, homemade cheeseburger. My Cheesy Hamburger Skillet AND Cheeseburger Sliders are great for those days when you need something quick. You and the kids will love these comforting dinners.

My Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad is a fun way for the kids to enjoy pepperoni without the pizza pie. It is filling and delicious. This is a great one to make and pack for their lunch when they want pizza!

Summer means that ice cream will become one of the most important food groups. 😉 What better way to help the kids with their end of year tests by making them my Shamrock Shake! A little luck of the Irish, and sweet minty flavor will keep anyone motivated to finish these last few weeks out strong. Not to mention that they are insanely creamy and delicious.
