Spring is blooming and I couldn’t be more thrilled! With the sun staying out longer and the temperature’s slowly climbing, that means it’s time to enjoy the sweeter and lighter things in life. This week Menu Plan Monday will ensure that you have a list of recipes that are great for welcoming the warmer months. I have meal ideas this week that will have you enjoying something sweet, savory, and fabulously filling.

My Crispy Baked Lemon Chicken hits so many notes in one dish. You have the light, bright zest from the lemon, and the filling satisfaction of it being breaded and baked. Pair this with a light salad or veggie for a full and satisfying meal.

This week I’m featuring one of my most popular desserts with my Oreo Pudding Poke Cake. This cake is loaded with rich chocolate flavor and everyone’s favorite cookie, Oreos!
