Hey, friends! How has your weekend been going? Ours has been really nice! We FINALLY got out of our house and headed to Zion National Park for a couple of days!
We booked a room at the Desert Pearl Inn (our favorite spot to stay at) and enjoyed exploring Zion and swimming at the hotel pool. Of course, we enjoyed some delicious food too. That’s my favorite part of any vacation!
We were really safe while we were there. As soon as we checked into our room, we sanitized the entire thing with lots of Clorox wipes and Lysol spray. haha. My kids weren’t too happy that I made them wear masks everywhere, besides the pool, but after I explained how important it was to wear them, they were troopers and stopped complaining.
Okay, onto the menu! This week is going to be another delicious one filled with home-cooked meals. My kids will be so excited I’m making my Crisp Bean Burritos! They are a favorite around here for sure. I am excited for the Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes for dessert on Sunday. Yum! -Holly xo
