Hello, friends! Welcome back to Menu Plan Monday, where I share easy, delicious, and family-friendly meals that are perfect for those busy weeknights! Every week, I make a list with six mouthwatering dinner recipes and one dessert for that cheat day we all deserve.

This week’s menu plan has some real keepers on it. The Crisp Bean Burritos and Cheesesteak Sliders are two that my family has on a regular rotation; we just can’t seem to get enough of them.

There’s nothing I love more than easy and delicious home-cooked meals. Especially a list of them with one for every weeknight right at my fingertips. That’s why I’ll continue to post my menu plans, so everyone has access to them. 🙂

I really enjoy your menus, but would really like to see some vegetarian/meatless options. we have one member of our household who is vegetarian. some recipes can be adapted, but some cannot. it’s also a healthy idea to eat meatless one or two days per week. thank you for your hard work in putting these menus together.

    1. Thanks so much for your input Rosemary! I was a vegetarian for quite awhile. I do love meatless meals and know many others do too. I will definitely start adding more to the menu. 🙂
