First and foremost, Happy Father’s Day to all of you incredible fathers out there. 🙂 I wish you a day of being pampered by your family!

Today also marks the official start of heat-filled months, days spent out in the sun and meals cooked right on the grill. What better way to celebrate summer than with a menu plan to fit the occasion? I’m talking about fire grilled kebabs, corn dogs made from scratch and strawberry desserts! If that doesn’t sound like summer, I don’t know what does. 😉

If you are like me, then you may have already been living and eating like it’s summer. Here in southern Utah, the temperatures reach high 70’s to 80’s as early as mid-April. As far as I’m concerned, that’s warm enough weather to be out swimming and indulging in summer-like food!

Nevertheless, June 20th is the true beginning of summer, which calls for a week-long menu filled with nothing but the best summer dishes! Be sure to check out the menu plan, you won’t want to miss it.
