This week for Menu Plan Monday #530 I am bringing you some of my family’s favorite recipes! All of these dinners have been served in my home many times, and are always a hit. 😋

Let’s start with the most important meal of the day, breakfast! My Breakfast Enchiladas are a fantastic way to layer on the flavors right from the start of the day. Fluffy eggs, cheese, and bacon are wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with homemade enchilada sauce!

For lunch try my Turkey Ranch Club Wraps. Layers of turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and light ranch dressing are magic together. These wraps are a great way to enjoy lunch guilt-free.

Now for my favorite meal of the day, dessert! I know dessert isn’t technically a meal per say but with how tall and impressive this one is, it could very well be its own course. My Ho Ho Cake may sound like a dessert for Christmas, but rather it resembles one of everyone’s favorite grab and go sweet treats. This wonderful cake holds layers of vanilla frosting and topped with a creamy chocolate frosting. It is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face!
