Hello friends! Happy December and happy Menu Plan Monday! 😉 It seems like the week’s are flying right by, but I’m kind of okay with that for now. My birthday is on the 9th and my hubby is taking me on a little get away, so I am counting down the days!
This weekend has been really great. My daughter performed two dances at the Dicken’s Christmas Festival Friday night and did an amazing job. I’m so proud of Emma and the beautiful dancer she is becoming. She starts to compete in January with her dance team and she’s nervous, but I know she’s going to rock the stage like she always does!
There are a lot of great dinner ideas on the menu this week. One of my personal favorites are the Pesto Chicken Stuffed Shells. They are delicious! I haven’t made them in a long time so I put them on the menu early in the week! The Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert are always a winner at my house. We’re all mint chocolate lovers around here.
