Sticky Chicken Finger Wraps are sweet and spicy glazed chicken fingers stuffed inside flour tortillas with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.

Raise your hand if you love Wingers Sticky Chicken Finger Wraps as much as I do!
And now raise your hand if you don’t have a clue of what I’m talking about! 😉 haha.
Wingers is a popular restaurant chain that originated here in Utah. They are best known for their ‘Sticky Sauce’. They pour this sauce over their breaded chicken fingers, and let me just say, it is AMAZING. Luckily, these incredible wraps can be easily made in the comfort of your own home!

We eat these sticky chicken fingers in salads, dipped in ranch, and my favorite way- wrap style. We wrap up the coated breaded chicken in a flour tortilla, throw in some shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato, and Voila! The perfect dish for a family lunch or dinner. It is so good!
Sticky Chicken Finger Wraps are just about the tastiest darn things you’ve ever had. I make them at least once a month, if not more. My whole family loves them, picky eaters included. If you haven’t tried these yet then you definitely need to add them to this week’s meal plan.

Ok Holly – These ROCKED my world at lunch today! I bought breaded chicken tenders so I could make them as written, and they were seriously PHENOMINAL! Thanks so much for introducing such tastiness into my life 😉
I made these last night and everyone loved them! Thanks so much for sharing!
These were so good! I can’t wait to go to the store to get more chicken fingers! A great recipe, thank you!
oh my these look soo amazing!!! next weeks meal plan.thanks
I’m making these for dinner! Can’t wait!
This is my husband’s new favorite. He said the sauce makes it amazing. It is really good. The wraps were great because it cut the heat in the sauce so that you can’t really notice it. If I eat the chicken plain I notice the heat. I love the sweet and spicy combo. Another quick and really tasty recipe Holly. I’ve made it a few times already it was such a hit.
These were wonderful!!! I ate two entire wraps (ahem – don’t judge me). And definitely one of the easiest dinners I have ever made. Thank you! 🙂
I did this a bit differently. No, it doesn’t have to be Frank’s Hot Sauce. WalMart’s Great Choice worked okay for me. I simply grilled 2 small chicken breasts, cut them into fingers; then I poured the sauce over them & served them w/a tossed salad. Super Duper good! I don’t care for wraps so I just eliminated it.
EllieAnn- glad to hear it worked for you using a different hot sauce. I’ve tried it with others too, but prefer Franks. I think the flavor is the best with Frank’s.
Never heard of this wing place, but thank goodness I found this recipe! Now I know what’s for dinner & whadda ya know!! I already have ALL the ingredients!! Thanks a bunch!!
It is simply awesome when you get a whiff of the sauce & realize you have totally faked it like the Wingers sauce. So good. We have been making this for a while now & usually leave it off of the chicken for the little kitlens.
Made these for dinner tonight. My husband and 4yr old loved them! Thank you!
Oh my, the family freaked about how much they loved this!!! Thanks for posting
In place of the tomato, could I use salsa. Gave it 5 stars because I love everything about the recipe
FANTASTIC!! My 2nd time making these! I soak my raw chicken tenders in flavored buttermilk, than dip thEm in seasoned panko and fry them up. I make the sauce and finish them Off! These are over the moon delicious!! A keeper for sure! Thanks holly! Happy thanksgiving to you and the family!
AbSolutely love this recipe. Just made it for dinner!
We really love this delicious recipe. First time tonight we grilled chicken Tenders instead of breading them in panko and frying them. It was just as delicious. Thank you for the awesome recipe!
We absolutely love this delicious recipe! It’s Summer here, in a heat wave so we grilled the chicken and it’s just another awesome way to enjoy this wrap! As much as we love breading the chicken tenders and frying them, we truly lOve the grilled method too!
Dinner! I always make my own panko coated chicken fingers and these are a big favorite in our house!
Excellent. Just the right amount of heat and sweet
I made this over the weekend and it was delicious! I will definitely be making this again and adding this recipe to my dinner list.
It was so easy to make and it was delicious
These are great! Hubby and I are buffalo chicken fiends and I’m a total sucker for those cheap, salty, breaded frozen chicken patties for some reason. We only have them sporadically, but I usually just toss them in homemade buffalo sauce and make wraps out of them with lettuce. but I love this sticky sauce – Again, thank you for a nice variation from my same-old, same-old!
And, yes, Frank’s is THE BEST!
