BANANA CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

Before you embark on this joyous baking journey, assemble the ensemble of ingredients that will bring this delightful cake to life. The cinnamon topping, a key player, requires a blend of light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted salted butter. It’s so simple to make and insanely flavorful.

Now, the star of the show – the banana cake. Mashed bananas and butter, mixed with light brown sugar, egg, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. The dry ingredients are mixed in a separate bowl until it’s time for everything to come together.

The result is a cake batter that’s a perfect union of moisture, sweetness, and aromatic goodness. As the cake cools prepare a simple yet decadent icing of powdered sugar and milk. With an artist’s touch, let it cascade over the cooled cake, enhancing both the visual appeal and the sweetness of every bite.
