Hello friends and welcome to Menu Plan Monday #406! It’s going to be a great week. I can just feel it. 🙂
I know I use this phrase entirely too much BUT this first recipe is truly a favorite of mine: Szechuan Chicken. If you haven’t tried this recipe yet you are in for a treat this week! This dish served over a plate of linguine hits the spot every time. We lick our plates clean in this household when this is served. We do the same thing with my Chicken Pillows with Creamy Parmesan Sauce. Your kids are going to love it.
Since it’s October I can’t leave you hanging without a pumpkin recipe. This week we have Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Wow, this cake is so good.

Oh my these look marvelous! I’ll have to add a couple of these to my rotation next week. The szechuan chicken looks quick and delicious and the chicken noodle bake looks like one I could double and freeze!
