Menu Plan Monday

Craving something savory? This week’s Menu Plan Monday is full of satisfactory meals guaranteed to fulfill your cravings!

It is officially Daylight Savings, so today we get to spring our clocks forward. This is the time setting I think is best! The days are now going to be longer with more sunlight, which is always a good thing. This also means that spring is officially here! For Menu Plan Monday this week I am serving you a set of recipes that will have you springing into the kitchen!

To welcome in this beautiful new season, we are having my Raspberry Chicken. It is a sweet and savory piece of chicken that is filled with fabulous raspberry flavor. This is a great recipe to break your grill in with!

Next is one of the all-time classics, Sloppy Joes! Who doesn’t love a savory sloppy joe? It’s a piece of Americana that everyone loves, and if you haven’t tried this yet, try placing a few of your favorite chips on the sandwich for a little crunch. I promise it will blow your mind!

And speaking of blowing your mind, wait until you try my Brownie Pie. As if a pie, or a brownie, couldn’t get any better, I turned them into one incredible dessert. This is a fabulous treat to share around the table at your first picnic of the season. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream will make any cool spring evening that much better.

From my kitchen to yours. -Holly xo
