Thanksgiving has come and gone, so it’s time to relax just a bit. Dinner still needs to hit the table, but I’m sure we’re all looking for something different than turkey and gravy. This week for Menu Plan Monday I am here to switch things up before we head into another holiday themed menu.

I’m making my Red and White Pasta this week. It is the Lofthouse kids’ all-time favorite meal. They jump for joy every time they know I am making this for dinner. I practically do the same thing too because it’s one of the simplest recipes to make.

For a fun and easy lunch, make sure to try my Doritos Taco Salad. It hits on every level including crunch, crisp, and flavor!

Even though we had our fair share of pumpkin pie this last week, there’s always room for something sweet. This week I’m sharing my recipe for The Best Sugar Cookies. You can never go wrong with a batch of these! Decorate them anyway you’d like, and they truly are the world’s best batch. You can make these any day of the week, but I suggest you start making them today!
