Hello hello, my friends! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday #229. I have been MIA with the blog lately, and I apologize! I was on vacation with my family for 8 days so it was hard to keep up. I tried though. Unfortunately, the internet at our hotel didn’t want to work well so I couldn’t get much done, but I am back now and ready to share lots of amazing recipes this week!
Hawaii was incredible. We did a lot of sight seeing, swimming, shopping and of course eating! It was so hard to leave. haha. Even my kids cried at the airport when we were heading home. I am happy my husband and I were able to give them that fun vacation and experience when they’re so young. My first time to Hawaii I was 35, so they are lucky kiddos. And they know it 🙂
