Air Fryer Ranch Chicken

Some days I just don’t have the energy to slave in the kitchen all day on some elaborate dish. I just want an easy yet palate-pleasing dinner that everyone will enjoy, which is where this Ranch Chicken comes to the rescue!

I decided to make this favorite chicken of ours and cook it in the air fryer instead of the oven. The results were magical. The outside was crispy, and the inside was still juicy. I knew that this was the only way I can make this chicken in the future.

Air Fryer Ranch Chicken

AIR FRYER RANCH CHICKEN

Chicken breasts are coated in a crushed corn flakes, grated Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing seasoning. You then place the coated chicken in the air fryer to cook to perfection.

Now, all air fryers heat differently, so this is where the knowledge of your own air fryer comes in handy. If you don’t have any experience with an air fryer yet, don’t worry, just follow my instructions. 🙂

Air Fryer Ranch Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing/seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees then place the coated chicken breasts inside. Cook for 10 minutes. Carefully, flip the chicken to their other side and cook another 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F. Be very careful not to overcook. It will result in dry chicken.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH RANCH CHICKEN

This is one of the recipes that goes so well with several side dishes. For lunches you can add the chicken to salads, wraps, or bowls. For dinner try serving the chicken with rice, or with cooked vegetables. You can’t go wrong either way. Our kids love this chicken just as much as Kale and I do. I am happy to report that whatever I have served the chicken with it has been 100% kid approved!
